Coming Up in the Arts and Intracity Athletics

Wednesday (5/8)

• We have 2 boys teams in the State Soccer Tournament behind held at Morrison Stadium on the Creighton University campus.
  • Southwest High School #5 seed. They have their first game today at 3 vs #4 Gretna. If they win, they would play Friday at 8.
  • East High was the #6 seed and unfortunately they lost 2-0 to #3 seed Creighton Prep this morning at 11.
  • The boys final will be Monday night at 7:30pm

Thursday (5/9)

• We have 2 girls teams in the State Soccer Tournament behind held at Morrison Stadium on the Creighton University campus.
  • Lincoln East is the #4 seed and will play #5 Papillion-LaVista Thursday at 11am. If they win, they will play Saturday at 1pm.
  • Southeast is the #7 seed and will play #2 Marian Thursday at 1pm. If they were to win, they would play Saturday at 3pm.
  • The girls final will be Tuesday night at 7:30pm.
• 🎵 7pm: Southeast High school Jazz Band Concert in the Jennifer L. Dorsey-Howley Performing Arts Center at Southeast

Friday (5/10)

• 🎵 7pm: Southwest Swing Night — Jazz band
• 🎵 7pm: Northeast presents the 2018-2019 Rock Show — The Great American Road Trip featuring show choir and jazz bands

Saturday (5/11)

• State Baseball will be going on at Haymarket Park
• 🎵 7pm: Northeast presents the 2018-2019 Rock Show — The Great American Road Trip featuring show choir and jazz bands

Sunday (5/12)

• 🎵 7pm: Northeast presents the 2018-2019 Rock Show — The Great American Road Trip featuring show choir and jazz bands

Monday  (5/13)

• District Golf at Holmes
• 🎵 6:30pm: Southwest band and orchestra concert
• 7pm: North Star Evening of One Acts
• 7pm: Southeast Concert, Symphonic and Wind Ensemble Concert

Tuesday (5/14)

• Learning Lunch: Star City Mariachi Ensemble — District Office Board Room at noon
